Candlelite Inn: Maple Sugar Weekend
Looking for something to do this weekend? It's Maple Sugar Weekend--March 24-25. Sugar Houses will be open this weekend with demos on how maple syrup is made and also other maple products--from tapped trees right down to the boiling process. Each sugar house will have a special treat for those who stop by. Join the Candlelite Inn and the New Hampshire Maple Producers as we welcome another great year of that "New Hampshire's Gold".

I realize this is an older post, however I had to comment because the idea of seeing how maple syrup is made would be a great thing to see. IS this an annual event? The Sugar Houses were probably bustling that weekend with hungry guests lured in by the aroma of sweet, sweet, maple. I would love to see photos of the demo, as it would surely bring more interests to the weekend.
